Picture above shows a 1UZFE sump modification that I have just finished to clear the steering rack and mount in a DX Corolla. Now that this is done, and the holes patched up, she’s ready to be bolted back onto the V8 and placed into the engine bay.

Below is a SDP custom made oil feed block to make running gauge sensors and oil feeds easier and safer than brass T-fittings, which have a problem with cracking off from vibration.
The one below has the oil feed from the block into it,  the oil feed from the turbo, an oil pressure gauge sensor and also has spare ports for an oil temp sensor and a low oil pressure light sensor will  be installed at a later date.

We can make u a custom one to fit anywhere and feed anything!

We can custom make an oil distribution block to get the oil lines running off ur engine to a remote oil filter or cooler. These are ideal for any conversion where lack of room is a problem.

Heres a few pics of the 2UZ 4.7litre V8 lifted Surf we are building. It’s currently got a SDPCUSTOM 60mm body lift kit, and a modified ARB bumper to suit.

For a something a little different this customer wanted to ditch the Toyota V6 and get a 4.7Litre 2UZ V8 to take it’s place, which we were more than happy to help with.
